We have two tiers for owner who want to join us: Sole letting agent and Multi letting.
1) Sole letting agent
If you want to use us as your only letting agent, the comission is just 3% plus an 8% booking fee, you also have the option for Select Cornwall to answer all questions regarding your accommodation Or you can answer questions yourself.
2) Multi letting
If we are part of your over all marketing and letting strategy and you have your accommodation on other bookings websites or your own website then the commission is a flat rate of 7.5% inc VAT per booking with no booking comission to the potential holidaymaker. The breakdown is around 4.9% per booking for Select Cornwall's marketing and 2.6% for card processing and admin. This enables us to guarantee to the booker that we are the cheapest online whilst not charging you over the odds.
3) Add a booking calendar to your own website for free!
We now offer property owners the chance to add a booking widget onto their website, and the exciting thing is we can make the booking commission REALLY low at just 4.75%, this means cheaper holidays for bookers and more profit for property owners or local agencies. Our low website comission of just 7.5% is also a huge draw for businesses and guests. These all include card transaction fees and tax!

Q) Are we contracted to you?
A) No, you can let as many weeks elsewhere as you like.
Q) Can we see our bookings?
A) Yes you have an easy to use admin section of the website where you can see full booking history, earnings and future bookings.
Q) Can I sync my calendars with other websites like AirBnb, Holidaylettings.co.uk etc?
A) Yes, we have an iCal feed, import and export so you dont have to visit our site if you get a booking elsewhere and vice versa. This will also work with your own websites 'Select Cornwall booking widget' (4.75%)!
Q) How do we know when we have a new booking?
A) We will email you and send you a text message the instant you've received a booking.
Q) We haven't found a booking system that can really cope with the complex demands of self-catering holidays, how is Select Cornwall different?
A) Over the last couple of years we have made our very own bespoke self catering booking system which has all the flexibility you need to give discounts on not full properties, charge for extras and set your booking period and price.
