Polzeath surf house is a wonderful light and airy contemporary property situated in unspoilt New Polzeath, 120m from the amazing north coast beaches. Part of a small, discrete well kept complex the property has been comfortably and stylishly furnished and is located in an ideal position to explore the stunning beaches of Polzeath, National Trust coastal footpaths and natural attractions that abound in north Cornwall.

We have carefully made sure that all equipment and facilities are there for a comfortable culinary stay, with a wide range of kitchen equipment for self catering. You will find a dedicated parking spot and a small sheltered terrace/garden coming off the main living area, which is ideal for al fresco drinks or family BBQs. On the first floor are the three bedrooms; the master has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, bedroom two has twin beds and the third bedroom has the options of a single with a pull out to make a double or two singles, alongside the family bathroom. Downstairs we have a disabled access WC. Families with younger children are well catered for with a selection of book, toys and of course highchair, travel cot and stair gate!  Just bring yourself.  Linen, towels, bath mats, tea towels provided.   – Babies, children and other VIP guests  (Grand Parents ) welcome.
