This brand new Summer house is walking distance from the Cornish coast path and Perranunthnoe beach.
Within less than a 20 walk there are some quintessentially Cornish pubs and shops for you to enjoy, so if if you wish after you've parked up you never have to use it again!
However we are also well located to explore the South of Cornwall, with Penzance and Marazion only a stone throw away, as well as St Ives and even lands end!
The property was only finished in April 2023 and has one bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a spacious open plan kitchen diner lounge.
It's perfect for couples looking to explore south Cornwall! If you have a 4 legged friend or little one it is also the perfect space for you to be able to explore and relax!
There is an enclosed garden so even your dog can have a lie around in the garden without you having to worry about them escaping.
There is also a bus stop right by us which runs to Falmouth via Praa Sands, Porthleven, Penzace and Helston which is only £10 per day, perfect for exploring afforadably!

Arrr there be pirates! Well… not anymore, but there is a great selection of holiday lodges for you to rent in Penzance, and much, much more besides. Steeped in history, the south facing Cornish port of Penzance has so many stories to tell the inquisitive traveler and with one of the mildest climates in the UK, it’s a great place to sit and hear them. You’ll find yourself surrounded by palm trees and sub-tropical plants as you relax in your holiday lodge in Penzance, or enjoy the fabulous view from the waterfront out to St Michael’s Mount, which appears to float on the water out at sea.
The towns laid back, charming old streets house book shops art galleries, boutique shops, delicious restaurants and other eateries to keep every foodie entertained, along with the famous, wonderfully decorated Egyptian House and the Penlee House Museum. There’s also a great selection of unique pubs such as the Admiral Benbow Inn, loaded with friendly locals and historic memorabilia from Penzance’s remarkable past.
The location of holiday lodges in Penzance make it a perfect base for exploring the surrounding holiday areas of Cornwall too, with great road, rail and air links. Some of the country’s best beaches are within a short drive or walk including Lamora Cove, Praa Sands, Kenneggey Sands and Perranuthnoe. Let’s not forget the tropical looking bay at Porthcurno also, a short and worthwhile drive where you’ll discover the launching point of the first ever transatlantic cable and the incredible Minnack Theatre The Minnack Theatre at Porthcurno is an all-time favourite for a day or night out from your Penzance holiday lodge; carved into the cliff-side and home to incredible matinees and sunset performances all summer – it’s open to visitors all day and offers spectacular views of secluded Porthcurno Bay below, but book ahead early if you want to get seats here for a performance!
Your holiday lodge in Penzance will also be only around 10 miles from Land’s End and Sennen Cove and in a great place for joining the St. Ives to Penzance (or vice-versa) route of the South West Coast Path. Regular ferries will take you to the Isles of Scilly for a further flung adventure and of course you’re so close to St Michael’s Mount it may be the easiest day out you have in Penzance!
Other attractions include the art deco Jubilee lido swimming pool (open June-August) with great views of the bay, the Savoy Cinema which is great if it happens to rain, and the seafront Victorian Morrab Gardens where you’ll find plants rarely seen anywhere else on UK shores. And of course, grab a Cornish Pasty or Fish and Chips and relax by the sea shore, on your quintessential holiday lodge holiday in Penzance.

The property was exactly as the photos, modern, clean and everything we needed for a great stay. Easy and secure parking. The bathroom was lovely, large and light; shower was excellent! The property was always lovely and warm.
Helena was very accommodating and always available and helpful!
This is our second time staying here and we were just as happy as we were on our first visit. The location is ideal for exploring, and close to all our favourites. It is new, modern and has been well looked after. It is clean and comfortable, and we love the garden space for our dog. Helena is a very accommodating and welcoming host and we will definitely be back next year.
Beautifully clean, modern and well equipped property. Fantastic garden which is totally secure for dogs. Excellent location, with easy walking access to the coast path and beaches. It is on a busy road, but this did not bother us and means you are well connected to access other parts of Cornwall. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future.
Really great stay we loved it
We had a very nice stay in this very modern cottage. The opaquely fenced garden was perfect for us and our dogs. We were able to spend a lot of time in this beautiful garden. Only the location directly on the busy A 394 made it a bit noisy.
The technical equipment of the vacation home was excellent. All appliances are high quality and work fine. The kitchen is very modern.
The bathroom is top class, very large, modern and comfortable.
The bed was super comfy.
Helena was always available to us and at the same time very unobtrusive - which we greatly appreciate.
We will be happy to come back. ????

We had such a lovely week here! Helena was a great host and checked in with us throughout the week to make sure we were ok! The summer house was the perfect size for the 2 of us… spacious, clean, secure which was a massive bonus with us having a dog and a beautiful spacious kitchen area and bathroom! The surrounding area was peaceful and within walking distance to the beach.
This part of Cornwall is just beautiful and we’d definitely stay here again when we come back! Thankyou!
The accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped. Still relatively brand new, a lot of effort has gone into finishing it to a high standard. It felt like a home away from home and our dog loved the fully enclosed space / garden.
It was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom especially was luxurious. Helena was a wonderful host - we got engaged during this stay and she popped by with a thoughtful gift (alongside the already thoughtful treats left for our arrival).
We would love to come back here again and again.

The summer house was exactly as described inside clean, modern and looked high end. In a good location as bus too opposite and close to amenities either way with town shops and takeaway 5 minutes away and Penzance a 7 minute drive. Throughly enjoyed our stay and our welcome basket.
I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this fantastic property in Penzance. The host was incredibly welcoming and took the time to show me around, making me feel right at home. The place was immaculate, resembling a show home with brand new furnishings and pristine conditions.
The location was a massive win for me. It's central and within easy reach of some of Cornwall's most beautiful beaches. I particularly enjoyed visiting Praa Sands and Hayle, but Pedn Vounder Beach stole the show as my absolute favorite.
One of the highlights of my stay was the visit to the outdoor pool. The £12.50 entrance fee was well worth it for a rejuvenating 55-minute swim in the warm seawater pool.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The combination of a wonderful host, a stunning property, and a prime location made for a truly unforgettable stay. I can't wait to return!

Lovely summer house! Clean, tidy and has a beautiful garden too. The location was convenient to a number of beautiful places to visit in Cornwall. The hosts were fantastic and even gave us a welcome basket full of goodies. Had a really great and comfortable stay. Hoping to stay here again the next time we visit Cornwall.
